Digital Age DLC New Game Settings

On the [DLC] page of the new game setting menu, you will find the following new game settings for the Digital Age DLC:

Software Revenue Index
If this index is higher than 100, the demand and revenue from software products in this game will be higher than normal. Conversely, if this index is lower than 100, software businesses will be less profitable.

Internet Revenue Index
If this index is higher than 100, revenue generated by Internet companies will be higher than normal. Conversely, if this index is lower than 100, Internet companies will be less profitable.

E-commerce
If this is enabled, companies will be able to build e-commerce firms and sell products via e-commerce.

AI Acquires Private Companies
This determines whether AI corporations may acquire independent private companies or not.

Will AI tech companies go IPO?
If this is enabled, private AI tech companies from the Digital Age DLC may go public on the stock exchange.

Max AI Software and Internet Companies
This option limits the maximum number of AI software and Internet companies in a game. A lower value means an easier game. (You may set the limits for software and Internet companies separately using a script.)

Talent System
If this is set to Simplified, all talents start with a skill level of 50. If this is set to Greatly Simplified, loyalty and headhunting features of the talent system are disabled too.

More Talents
If you are using a MOD with a large number of product classes and there is a under-supply of talents in the game, then you may use this option to have the game duplicate talent data to increase the supply.

Software and Internet Focused Companies

Please note that AI companies focused on the software and Internet sectors will be automatically added to a new game, in addition to the number of AI competing companies that you set on the New Game Setting menu. This is to create a business environment where there will be adequate competition from the AI in the software and Internet sectors.
