How to send save-game files to us via Dropbox

Post by David »

When you are going to report a bug or an issue, and there is a saved game file that you want to send us, you may use DropBox for transferring the file.

Check out the following links for the instructions for using DropBox (it's free of charge):
https://www.dropbox.com/help/16/en

Alternatively, you may use FileDropper at http://www.filedropper.com

Locating your Cap Lab save game files
In your My Documents folder, you can find "My Games" folder and "Capitalism Lab" subfolder, under it, you can find your Cap Lab save game files there.

Sorry to write here in this thread, but I messaged Capitalism 2 on FB, but couldnt write PM here to you that I see the beta testing has begun. I thought that anyone who follows Capitalism 2 on FB gets to test it? I'm an economics student, would surely give you great feedback if you give me username/password for access. All the best!

Ivanov, you had to register on the capitalismLab website for the beta (there was a button/link on it for a couple weeks)
All those who did that have access to the beta now, so if you havent done that you probably wont have access:

Purifier I know I had to, I just thought someone said on here, that anybody on FB will get to test it. I guess it isn't too late - one more tester won't hurt no one :)

Hey, David's the man and he likes Dropbox, but there's plenty of sites where you don't have to install software. I use http://qfpost.com/ for my saved games (or any file less than 20MB that doesn't need to be stored over 90 days.)

I've no complaints about using Dropbox.

Just with it being a stick HOWTO thread, he might want to find an alternative article which helps explain it

Edit: Actually the dropbox.com url seems to be working now. Maybe I made a mistake sorry
