What is the original format of this text.

As the picture shows, the translation requires the original format of the text, and I've been trying many different combinations but none of them worked.

So, Would that be possible to help me to figure out the original format of the text, or by any chance, this text could be added to the t_game.txt file , that also makes things easier, thanks.
