Current mineral consumption is unbalanced, no matter what, a pure uranium mine will be like gold mines for specific use only. Coal with 2 types or singular type is not the major issue. A better solution would be making the quantity and price of raw material sourced customized in game setting.

However, the root of the problem is the lack of customization for raw resources and products, if we want Capitalism lab becomes true sandbox game. Maybe later with better modding mechanism, this will no longer be a problem. Players are more efficient to find the right balance.
