Suggestions for Adding New Buildings

Suggestions
1) If we were to create a new factory type firm, allow us to restrict what can be produced at the new factory and give us the option to prevent the preset factories from being able to produce the same product (similar to how retail firms work). Seems kind of pointless to create different types of factories if they can all produce the same thing and rather odd to see a refinery produce bread.

I agree and have made a similar suggestion in the past.
