Customer Services DLC

Customers who bought products are require after-sales service
e.g. ELECTRONICS AND APPLIANCES mega class ,AUTOMOBILE class,TOY class,WATCH and perhaps some product and service in Digital DLC as well. With good customer service,the customer could be pleased and It will somehow increase circulation.
New building
1.Customer service office(only 1 for a map)
-Options of services policy e.g. change years of warranty , Home service, Money return guarantee.
-The better services policy ,the more money you have to pay for.
-Display number of unsatisfied customer in a map.
-Provide support for service center and Maintenance center.
2.Services center 3x3 layout
-Act as middle between Customer and your's Maintenance center.
-Using 3x3 layout for send&receive repaired product to the nearest maintenance center of each class.
-Many floors
-The more the better performance but maybe too high cost. Must be balanced.
-Customers are priority to buy product when services center within their area.
-Display number of customer and detail for this center.
3. Maintenance center (Many types for each class e.g. Garage for automobile class) 3x3 layout
-many to many relationship with Service center.
-Get and return repaired product from service center or store.
-Repairing,Cleaning,Referbishment,Update Firmware etc., unit available in 3x3 layout.
-Purchase semi product unit for repairing product i.e.,Purchase unit in 3x3 layout
-Semi product must be specified with type of maintenance center e.g. Electronic component , engine , glass etc.
-Display number of customer and detail for this center.
-Sell refurbished devices to any store
Traffic of Service centers and Maintenance centers are based on many things e.g. product durability ,Number of sell, Number of service center ,Warranty policy, Semi products availability.
Traffic of each centers may varied by number of people nearby , Stores nearby , etc.
Product durability is effected by quality , Time since Technology is upgraded i.e., New model of mobile may unstable for period of time.
High traffic(slow service) may make customer unsatisfied.

My opinion
I think that The interesting part of the DLC is to config 3x3 layout for each centers and balancing between number of centers and gross sales.
