Switching to Internal Sales?

Post by kazenorin »

Is it just me?

Say, I have a certain factory product that's currently being purchased by other AI firms.
Now I make it "Internal Sales" so I have enough supplies for my own firms,
it however doesn't seem to stop those other firms who had been purchasing from furthering purchasing the product.

Any ideas?

That's correct. Firms that have an existing buying relationship is not affected by your change of policy (switch to internal sale). This is effective if you want to sale excess OIL but don't want demand to exceed supply. So you allow 5-6 AI firms to buy OIL and then you lock it down by enabling internal sale.

Just raise the price temporary to extremely high, and those AIs will leave very quickly
