I've tested DLC during Senario play (China opening up).
At first during Senario play DLC functions are disabled, I#m not sure if this will be corrected later. But I tried to get merged with other company and game crashed.
Running version: 3.0.0.7 Beta
Tested merger durng normal play as well. Funtion works perfectly there.
