Is a finance DLC in the planning stages this is seriously needed

What would finance DLC add? private banks?

Corporate bonds? We already have government bonds. But I guest we as players can not trade in government bonds (yet).

ETFs? wouldn't that be a little too far? what would that do to manufacturing side of the game play with the core game? Most ETP doesn't seem to fit within the game, where multiple stock markets might be needed for such mechanics. Or would it be simply for stock focused corporations able to pay dividend depend on their capital gain in stock market?
