Help me understand the Supply and Demand Situation?
However, I have two fully stocked inventory of cars connected to their dedicated sales unit.
The sales units are both not fully utilized, does this mean that my inventory units are not processing fast enough?

Itll be more to do with your sales units only at level 5
With that said even at level 9 they will be chucking them out the door as quick as they can

Looks like a bug because inventory unit has never been a bottleneck for sales units.

Please provide me with your save game file and I will look into it.As seen above, the Demand for cars is a lot higher than the supply.
However, I have two fully stocked inventory of cars connected to their dedicated sales unit.
The sales units are both not fully utilized, does this mean that my inventory units are not processing fast enough?

While I don't have the exact save game file for the above screenshot,David wrote:Please provide me with your save game file and I will look into it.As seen above, the Demand for cars is a lot higher than the supply.

a nearly exact same state is actually present in the save file as provided here: http://www.capitalismlab.com/forum/view ... 036#p19031
the concerned retail store is owned by "v2Mart", "Automobile Outlet 002" and located roughly the same place as in the above screenshot.
If you filter by Corp "v2Mart" and by Firm "Automobile Outlet", it should be the seventh one (7/8).
It actually happens to a handful of my subsidiary's automobile outlets selling my cars in that save,
just that the 002 one has only one floor and the others have multiple floors.

It would actually help if the inventory scaled with the other units instead of just sitting at 1.

Re: Help me understand the Supply and Demand Situation?
We will fix this in the next patch. It is due to a bug in displaying the utilization bar of the Sale unit.

So in this situation, I'm actually bottlenecked by the sales unit?

Re: Help me understand the Supply and Demand Situation?
I see the new patch still didn't fix the old supply/demand display mismatch in purchas unit bug, the one shown in the purchasing unit (besides linking to other than seaport goods) still shows equal supply/demand regardless of the real supply/demand bar.
