As everybody knows, the AI private investors will only sell back their stock in your company for absurd premiums to the market price. Is there any script I can add that would limit the premium to say 10-20% above current market price?

Crush their business, limit their ability to revenue and profits. Eventually their stocks will become worthless and you don't have to worry about paying any premiums.
