The first experimental version will be available in the next post-release beta version 6.5.00

Attached are some screenshots showing how it works.

The amount of bonds and new shares that you can issue is limited by the Public Investors' Money Available to Your Company.

Public Investors' Money Available to Your Company
Realistic Money Supply is enabled in this game. It is more difficult for player and AI companies to raise funds from IPO, issuing new shares and bonds as there is a limited supply of Public Investors' Money. The rate at which Public Investors' Money increases is based on the national GDP.
