Ai Private companies 0 but CEO start with 80%

Is it possible to have this
AI Private Companies Percent=0

But then have it so the AI CEO has 80% of the company?

So just like the player when he goes to IPO also this will allow the AI to be on the stock market if the AI ceo buys back the shares and also allows the AI to sell
as if the company is Privately Owned they never go IPO and instead will just go bankrupt which is quite frustrating.

I think this is a important start mode to have for normal companies as AI tech companies can at least go IPO
