Background image for media firms

In a recent update, we have updated the media firm window with new banners and rearranged the displays of the information. One thing we also did was to update the background image to accommodate the display rearrangement.

The background image that has been changed is located in \Capitalism Lab folder\IF\mif_back.png

I noticed that Chinese translation pack contains all files in the "IF" folder, including the above background image mif_back.png.

When a user applies the translation pack to the game folder, the old file will overwrite the new version, resulting in a visual glitch as you can see in the attached screenshot.

The solution is to remove all files that do not contain any text from the IMAGES and IF folders in the translation pack.

For example, mif_back.png does not contain any text and it will never need to be translated, therefore it should be removed from the translation pack. In other words, the translation pack should only contain images with translated text.
