Account appeal after refund

My account was refunded once, and now I have bought it back. However, after logging in, the account shows "You are banned. refund", registering a new username shows "Email is already used by another user.", and using an old username shows "Username already exists." Why can't I use my registration key to my email? It's just because I have refunded before. Can you solve the problem with my account?Thank you.
