Telecom Crash in this save game

For some reason if you open this savegame it will crash within only a few days with a telecom error:

Do you have an autosave before this game?

Sorry, I went to another game and it overwrote the autosaves.

This bug is fixed in the new patch v10.0.06.

But the programmer couldn't track down the telecom bug. Did you only start to get this kind of weird bugs (this telecom bug and the Auto-Manage One Million Percent Rent bug) after using the Shopping Mall feature?

If you notice any abnormalities in your games in the future, even very minor ones, please provide us with your savegame and if possible, the autosave before it as well. It will help the programmer track down the bugs. Thanks.

Can confirm that the second bug is fixed now, thank you.

The first bug -the Telecom bug is not resolved however - Shopping Mall is not enabled in that game. The only thing I can think now that I remember was that I have a subsidiary with over 1000+ Apartment/Commercial Buildings and I set the rents to 200% market value. I noticed odd things happening after that such as this error (in the same save game, though in the past long before the telecom error):

Could be an overflow error blowing up unrelated parts of the game's memory. The profits from 200% were very, very large and may have broke something.

So maybe that had something to do with it even if it isn't telecom related.

I have a savegame with this problem again.

This one has several days of lead up (it crashes on Jan 7) and is running at a slower speed.
