clicking bug

i tested the 10 beta version for the first time today, when moving the mouse and clicking at the same time in some menus the game won't respond. and clicking fast after that the game keeps ignoring it. Only works after waiting a second before clicking.
It happens on the custom game menu and the far left tab changer on the ingame information center (hotkey: I), and some other places.

So I am not the only one. It is difficult to replicate since I can't get the problem to appear consistently but yes sometimes buttons just become unclickable and I have to right click exit the menu, come back and it becomes fixed again. But oddly enough not all of the buttons are unclickable.

Anyway I don't know how it happens to begin with.

i thought this was just my cheap dodgy mouse playing up, but ive noticed it a bit

Let's see if I can nail this down:

Start Capitalism Lab
Press New Game --> Custom Game
Don't change any settings - just start.
Skip goals, if prompted.
Press Stock Market on the left hand side.
Click on random menu items on the left hand side a few times: Note do this quickly and not slowly, if you wait a second or two and move the mouse away then come back and click again it seems to come unstuck.

It's slightly annoying but it seems to be a case of maybe something loading in the background and maybe that 'Blocks' the mouse click?

If you slow click through menu items this issue does not appear.
