Some people really cant find their dream job. Interestingly its not the city with the lowest unemployment rate.

5 million open jobs! That's impressive.

I guess there is a lower limit to unemployment - I wonder if the game was programmed to use something like the Natural rate of unemployment.

that's what I wondered, I have never seen it go below 2% and I don't think it could ever be zero due to people changing jobs staff requirements going up and down etc.

and this, this is my city with lots of factories, essentially all my factories, exporting to all the other cities, but it has no exports, so think ive made it confused with all my shenanigans heh
