My CD for Capitalism has a fairly major scratch in it. Is there anywhere I can go to download the game safely?
I am running Windows 7 64 bit.
Thanks!

Re: New CD or download
I also am running windows 7 64bit, and I've had success running Capitalism II from 2 download services. The only problem I have is some resolution issues running it on a 24 inch, 1900x1200 monitor.
The first choice is to use Good Old Games, which, for $9.99, lets you download and install the game with no strings attached.

Next, you could use Gamestop's service, which does require you install their program to install it through (though it doesn't need to be always running as the Steam client does). The upside is that, as of 2/19/2012, CapII is only $3.39.

Another option, if you don't like either of the above, is to get it from the official site, though I'm wary of recommending it since I haven't used it and have as strong a backing (as in, its existence isn't as guaranteed) as the two previous sites.
