About Consolidated Financial Statement

Post by alexzhz »

According to the manual, Stock Return is the profit gained from the rise of the price of the stock, owned by the corporation and the dividend received from this stock. I noticed it was recorded on Income Statement, in fact I know it should not be recorded like this sometimes, but it is too complicated to simulate in the right way, so I can understand why it was designed like this to make it simple, however, what I want to say is, when our investment to a company is greater than 50% (not merge yet), why not show the consolidated financial statement? I'm quite sure that at this situation, stock return should not be recorded on Income Statement any more.
