i know that the CEO salary always change depends on economic situation....but i hate to move the slider everytime the economic changed...so I suggest that the CEO salary determine by using percentage (%) from the company profits, so it will not bother for us to chnage the slider when the economic is boost, static or recession....

+1 love this idea, but would love it to be either/or.

I am not agree with you. CEO salary not connected to the economic recession and all that. Several of the CEO's are getting a good percentage in the profit so they can boost the company performance.
