Crash v.2.6.30

Running the 1 step tutorial, game crash
I try run 8 step tutorial and game crash after clicking on 'B' menu on icon.
Bad release but good money

I just tested it with v2.6.33 and didn't encounter any crashes. Please upgrade to v2.6.33 at: http://www.capitalismlab.com/forum/view ... f=7&t=2331

Which screen resolution were you using?

i am using 1650x1050 resolution for 22" screen

Please try the following solution:

In your My Documents folder, you can find "My Games" folder and "Capitalism Lab" subfolder, please delete the file CONFIG.DAT, and see if it will resolve the problem.

I tested tutorial 1 several more times and didn't experience any problems.

Here are a few more potential ways for resolving the problem you encountered:

1) Download the full installer and install the game again as some files may be corrupted leading to the problem.

2) The crash is due to displaying an number that is unusually large. Please capture the whole screen of your game including the bottom area that shows the cash and profit amount of your company and send me the screenshot for investigation.

3) Did the crash happen on any other tutorials or scenarios?

Also, did anybody else experience the same problem also?

Can i play in CUSTOM without gaming TUTORIAL?

Please download the latest v2.6.34 from: http://www.capitalismlab.com/forum/view ... f=7&t=2331

We have added additional checking code and it will display a more precise error message if the problem still happens. You may then provide us with a screenshot of the new error message to help us investigate the problem.

By the way, anybody else experience this problem? Any responses will be appreciated. Thanks.
