I'm having an issue with subsidiary ceos changing the product made by manufacturing units.

If the subsidiary CEO is in charge of managing the factory, he may change it. To prevent the CEO from doing so, you can set the manager of the factory to yourself.

I had played with that feature earlier. I'm going to see if there is a work-around

Could using an operations manager do the trick? Does this have to be of my own company or would using a hired COO prevent unwanted changes to factory layout.
