i try few game and i search for R&D firm and didn't find anyone
the IA don't build this firm type, even in 10year or more of gaming

I started a game with the MOD and the AI has already built R&D centers in the first year.

What's your game's difficulty setting? If the difficulty setting is low, the AI will be not be active in the first few years to give the player an advantage.

my difficulty setting is 440%

maybe a save game will be easier to find if it's a bug than just a screenshot

I am getting a error in the real world mod 11.05. Script file: SCRIPT\REALWORLD 15 CITiES - 2000.txt
Error: the following lines cannot be recognized by the script system.
line 7: Your Start-up Capital Amount=1

I just did a test and it worked.

1) Did you put it under the [ENVIRONMENT] section, like below:

[ENVIRONMENT]
Your Start-up Capital Amount=5
