Why isn't there an option to change wages of your employees?

Only executives can you change wages for in the HQ. If you want to change their wages lower you can term them and then rehire them if the company's financial situation has changed.

I meant wages of your workers in factories, stores, farms and warehouses.

i'very advocating for a micro Manger dlc most don't see a need for this including me.
