Error exit the game Mem::del - Memory Overwritten

This error (Mem::del - Memory Overwritten, File name:ilib\Dynarr.cpp, line no.:39) occurred after exit the game back to my desktop. It doesn't affect the gameplay but kinda annoying sometimes. Only happens after updating to 3.5.12 and after already loading into the city view (if enter the game and immediately exit the game from the main menu without enter or start a game this error won't happen)

And here is a save that this error happened after quit to window. But I tested creating a new custom game, and it also happened.

The crash was probably due to the new optimization algorithm used in the latest version. We have changed the optimization setting and made a new build v3.5.13. Please give it a try and see if the problem still occurs.

Update to 3.5.13, and it's still happening. And not just with older 3.5.12 save games, but also new custom games created with 3.5.13. It's really not that much of a problem though, and possibly has more to do with my newly updated windows 10 anniversary update causing video driver and compatibility issues than the new optimization. I wonder if others have the same error with older windows.

Please try the latest version 3.5.14 which uses a different combination of optimization parameters, and see if the memory overwritten bug still occurs .

It still occurs
At this point, I kinda think it might have something to do with me update to windows 10 anniversary update. Is anyone else has the same issue with the core game exiting using other than windows 10?

I run it from my friend's computer, and this exit error doesn't happen, and it's on Windows 10 as well, but not with anniversary update. I think this is an unique problem related to this update, or simply something wrong during the update and mess up my setting. Really hate this update as of right now, looks cool on the surface, but tons of problems beneath it, like I am beta-testing for M$.

We changed the optimization settings again in the latest v3.5.15. Please give it a try and see if the error still occurs.

Nope still happening. I don't really get it. Maybe I should reset my windows or something.
I tried uninstall and reinstall the main program, and it didn't help, really looks like a windows update related issue to me.
