We have just released a new patch with the following update:
-Implemented the option to buy land plots using your subsidiaries.

(Actually the dev team was working on this feature before your suggestion and they just managed to implement it in time for this release.)

-When your subsidiary is out of cash, you will be able to take the action of issuing new shares to raise fund.
(Addressing the issue you mentioned.)

-Bug fixes
