Making Subsidiaries

I cant make subsidiaries. How do i make the allowed number of companies in the game?

Maybe a save file, or screenshots to better explain what's the problem you have?

Oh sorry. Iwas in a hurry. haha.
i can no longer make a subsidiary company because the max number of companies has been reached. How do you deal with this

Buy out another company and then setup your subsidiary before a new company enters.
