Problem registering the DLC Key

*** Problem solve, maybe it is due to slow connection and I clicked twice that's the reason why it show that message. I restart my computer and start the game again and the DLC is showing up correctly. Thanks ***

I've just purchased the DLC but when I try to register the DLC key it says that the license already been used and it cannot be register again.
I have proof of purchase which is paid through PAYPAL.
This is the message I get:
'Sorry, the DLC key you entered has already been used. You cannot use it again.'
Please help.
