Ele is a vast bank of knowledge.
We both did alot of testing on the CES DLC, I know how much that pesky pollution was an issue until he pointed out the spacing you need, especially between big factories.
You cant just clump all factories (as I learned from Ele) into the bottom corner of a screen say and think that keeps the pollution away and not effecting the rating, it doesnt. But with abit of playing around you can spread the factories out enough to really minimise it.
