Where is a saved game physically stored ?

When I save a game, could you please tell me where it is physically stored/saved on my hard drive ?
I looked in all of the subfolders of the game directory and can't seem to find it.

Should be in your Documents folder, inside that "My Games > Capitalism Lab > SAVE"
If everything is at default, you can get there by this path

%userprofile%/Documents/My Games/Capitalism Lab/SAVE
You can try by pressing "Windows Key + R" and entering that path or simply launch file explorer and enter that path
