I'm offer with Stock market DLC

I think AI it never sell stock so if try to long time to play. AI will attempt buy 100%.if it has Increase liquidity and more minor investment to trade stock .Make company news clear. so it make more fun.

---Other opinion i think GDP it not real life really.GDP attempt to grow 10% all time.and I don't feel when bad economy.
Or i should try survival mode

---i feel easy to get money. How do we feel that we want to manage more companies?
Ex.add option manage staff.
Add option volume of goods.we can control by myself or tell CMO to manage of these
--Make that feel When the economy is bad We want to lay off employees in order to preserve benefits. Or order of the reduced volume. To reduce costs

I like all of the ideas, I'm sorta surprise to see the support for banking....I mean we all know the banking system needs an upgrade but most of the time players go for the non-essential DLC

Yes, the banking DLC is currently ahead of other DLCs in the poll.

As of this writing, we have received the following votes for the various new DLC ideas:

Hotel DLC 4% 4% [ 6 ]
Movie studio and TV network DLC 10% 10% [ 14 ]
Gigafactory and complex production chain DLC 13% 13% [ 18 ]
Transportation DLC 21% 21% [ 29 ]
Service industry DLC (restaurants, accounting firms and etc) 21% 21% [ 29 ]
Banking DLC 27% 27% [ 38 ]
Tourism DLC 3% 3% [ 4 ]

The top 3 leading ones are:
Banking DLC 27% 27% [ 38 ]
Transportation DLC 21% 21% [ 29 ]
Service industry DLC (restaurants, accounting firms and etc) 21% 21% [ 29 ]

Banking DLC
Most of the discussions in the past are either high concepts are game ideas that do not seem to be very effective in delivering engrossing gameplay. Some major design work is needed in order to move forward with this DLC idea.

Transportation DLC
If you are interested in this DLC, please take a look at these two discussion threads:
1) http://www.capitalism2.com/forum/viewto ... =49&t=4139
2) http://www.capitalism2.com/forum/viewto ... =49&t=4173

And provide us with some feedback.

Like the Banking DLC, we need to define the gameplay features in more details before we can have a judgement on whether a development effort could be started on this concept.

Service industry DLC
Right now, there are some good ideas about the DLC, including primarily Arcnor's idea for a new retail store function. In order to justify being a full DLC, it needs to have a lot more content, either on par with other released DLCs in terms of the amount of new features and content, or to be released at a lower price point if the amount of content is relatively smaller than other DLCs.

So if you are interested in this DLC, please let us know what you want to see in this DLC in terms of content and features.
You may post on this discussion thread: http://www.capitalism2.com/forum/viewto ... 416#p21416

Right now, it is a bit difficult to starting a development on this DLC concept unless we have a solid idea what kind of content and features users are actually expecting. The Capitalism World MOD did set some interesting examples for service industries and it did a good job as a user-created MOD. But for a commercially released MOD, we believe that the gameplay logic for services ought to be a bit more sophisticated and realistic. For example, the Capitalism World MOD uses Accountants (CPAs) as an input item for Accounting Services, which is a clever trick for creating modded content based on the existing game framework. But for a full-fledged DLC on service industries, we will have to rethink the game logic and see what game mechanics will make sense for the player to operate in service industries, from both the simulation point of view and the gameplay point of view. At this point, we don't have concrete ideas on this yet. So any suggestions are welcome.

I'd like to throw a "Factory DLC" into the discussion pot. This is different to the Gigafactory and complex production chain DLC proposed already.

Core idea:
- Factory ratings; a modern factory is better than an old one, a fully automated factory is expensive to build but more efficient (Factory gets a technology and an automation rating)
- Regionality could influence which factory to build where. eg. Thailand has cheaper labour but higher tech cost, UK has higher tech cost but more expensive labour
- Factory specialisation; Force decision between more units or greater production quality (a slider that allows user to choose what to focus on, speed or quality)
- Factory ageing; can be slowed by spending on upgrades (just like training slider)
- Factory linking; immediately adjacent factories get bonuses
- Subcontracting; Factories can be set for use by other players/AI (you basically rent the factory to manufacture goods, eg. modern apparel industry)
- Factory types; Heavy, Light, High-tech, etc (Limits which products can be manufactured where)
- Random events and issues; worker strikes, pollution concerns (eg if heavy industry is near city centre), quality problems (possible recalls),etc

Basically this DLC would focus purely/primarily on factories and would be designed to enhance game-play and realism around that specific element. Another (later) DLC might focus on the retail side of things for example.

Please note that we have recently replaced Giga Factory and Complex Production Chain DLC with Sports Management DLC in the poll.

If you have voted for the Giga Factory and Complex Production Chain DLC, please re-vote with a new choice.

The reason for this change is that the forum system will reset all the poll results if we add a new DLC to the poll. So we replaced the one with the least appeal with the new Sports Management DLC.

I have updated the service DLC threads with new posts. Please check them out if you are interested.

As you are probably aware of, the poll results affect the priorities of our discussions of various new DLC suggestions. So your voting is helpful to us.
