4.4.19 - Bug - Unit Level / Utilisation

Hallo,

it seems that the dimension of a product has an impact to the training-level and utilisation.

Example: Desktop Computer - needs each 1 of CPU, Electronic Comp and Steel

Both CPU are LVL 9, EP are LVL 6 and Steel is 5
EP and Steel should be even and CPU lower

It does not seem to be a bug to me. It is the way the game system works.

other firms with other products did not have this issue.. at least i have not perceived it.
