Hi,
I have a question regarding technology research. I can research different technologies, but where to use them: search engine, quantum computing, ...
But why would i research this technologies? For instance, search engine uses core search tech and image search tech and not search engine tech. I have digital age and subsidiary DLC , but also use latest Real World mod.

Those tech are not linked to any products. So it makes no sense to research them. They're in the game for a future use or for somone which makes his own mod.
