Share purchase offers and speed

Put them in the background or set checkboxes
So from you, I want offers.

The game suffers in the later course of these annoying offers
It's just annoying.

The Speed of the Game

There is a setting to automatically turn down stock offers. And another one for tech offers in case they are annoying as well.
The setting is called "Consider stock offer from AI"

As for the game speed, it is indeed player controllable. if you click on the speedometer the game speed will change depending on where on the speedometer you click.

Another, more accurate, way of changing game speed is the keys on the numeric keypad. 0 freezes time and 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 is slow - fast speed.

Maybe game speed changes when there are other "windows" open, such as Build Menu and such, not sure about that though (haven't tested).
