Poll: Simplify R&D process for software companies and R&D labs

Suggestion: Central R&D center with slider and tick boxes to invent and invest in new technology. There could be a cap of 10 - 20 technology categories per R&D centre.

Slider to decide how much money and time to invest in each category of technology, with diminishing returns as more money gets invested but accelerating returns for longer periods of time - very similar to what we have right now with the current system.

I´d like to see that in the Tech department of the corporate HQ, and to have the CTO (AI) deal with our adjustments (like when the CEO does when we set up a new subsidiary).
