Do you think it is useful to add the ability to create scenarios for specific MODs?

Mod creators and users could create scenarios for specific MODs and distribute them to the community.

Scenario Example:
Dominance of the Apparel product class in RealWorld MOD.
Disable a number of other product classes to reduce the scope of products and increase the competition in the remaining product classes.
More AI companies focused on Apparel.
Stronger local competitors.
