Anyone can advise how to become more "influential", my political party is currently mayor of 8 cities out of 12 and i have an influence score of about 2000, which doesn't even rate anywhere in the top 100 ?

There are some issues with the most influential people chart. They will be fixed in the next version 6.5.14.

Please note that it will require starting a new game for the new code to take effect.
