Script for Specific Map

I was wondering if there is a way to spawn a certain map with scripts?
I like the map with the most landmass which is the one with minimal water in the corner. Everytime I had restart bunch of times to play with this map. I know we can change some conditions about cities with scripts but what about randomized seed?
