Support speech for scenario descriptions for non-English languages
The speech files can be placed in the folder \languages\<language>\scenario\speech (e.g. \languages\French\scenario\speech)

There is the possibility of putting the different speeches, whether in the scenarios or in the tutorial, in the user's language; not only in English.
