Hi, i am new to the game and really enjoying it.
Unfortunately i cannot see where to unlock multiple floors for my retail shops. So stuck at one floor with 4 product lines.
I have the floors available for warehouses so i know where to access them in-game under the 3x3 grid but cannot see anywhere in options to enable for shops.
If someone can point me in the right direction i would much appreciate it.

You can find the Retail Stores Floors setting under the "Environment" page of the new game settings menu.

Where can I find the multiple floors option? (Bug?)

Nevermind. I restarted and it appeared! Don't know why it didn't show on the first try...

are multiple floors available in CES? Or via subsidiary DLC , I have CES, but not subsidiary and I don't see multiple floors option.
