Game volume issues

Whenever i start the game/go back from game to menu the music always start with default volume instead of the settings volume
When selecting tutorial / Scenario the speech on scenario one is clearly way higher than the tutorial one. (edit: i thought they ignored the speech volume, but actually it has just a small effect)
While playing the tutorial, if the narrator is speaking and music changes it starts on default volume making it near impossible to hear what he's saying, and the music volume only goes back to normal after he's finished
it's very annoying can we fix that?

Make sure you're on the latest patch.

does that mean you don't have these issues? i just downloaded the game, the version is 9.1.28

The bugs have been fixed. Please download patch v9.1.29 from https://www.capitalism2.com/forum/viewt ... f=7&t=9210

The scenario intro speech volume will be updated in the next version of the CapLab full installer.
