Since things like factories burning down can be frustrating, I think having buinsess-to-buiness insurance in the finance DLC would be a nice addition. You pay a small fee, and in exchange, Whenever a firm burns down or gets in an accident, it gets automatically replaced with all its connections. It would be a cool way to make money to the player, and also double as a QOL feature if you vertically intergate it.
