How can I get one subsidiary to invest only in real estate as the NPC does?
To invest all of the cash into real estate buildings and to let them take care of things.

I mean I always invest part of the excess cash into buildings, but it's taking me a lot of time to do that. I would like to have the subsidiary to do this.

Then under "Subsidiary Company’s CEO Management Policies" you uncheck all expansion strategies, but "expand in real estate". Then see if you can hire a CEO that are specialized in Real Estate or have personality towards that in any way.
