Auto Setup Farm Production

Rather than placing units on the 3×3 layout by hand, select a crop or livestock product and the game builds the layout for you.

Setting up a farm automatically

Open the Farmer’s Guide

Click the Add Production icon on a farm’s detail screen.

Pick a product and set it up

Select a crop or livestock product and click Set up on Farm.

The layout is built

The necessary functional units appear on the farm’s 3×3 layout.

Especially useful with a MOD that has no predefined farm layout plans — where there is nothing for you to copy from.
