Merging a Subsidiary Company into Your Company
To merge a subsidiary company into your company, click the [Merge Company] button on the Corporate Details screen of the subsidiary.
Merging Two Subsidiary Companies
When you have two subsidiary companies and you own 75% or more equity shares in each of them, you may order the company with a larger market value to merge with the other.
To execute the merger:
1) Go to the Stock Exchange interface, and select the subsidiary company with a larger market value as the acquiring company.

2) Select the target company.

3) Click on the “Merger” button.
4) The game will prompt you to choose between paying cash or issuing new shares on behalf of the acquiring company for buying up the remaining shares of the target company. Select the method and the merger will be executed.
