Mega Product Class
A new system of mega classes has been implemented.
When using the Corporate Brand strategy, focusing on a single mega class allows you to maximize its benefits—investing in one brand and gaining its marketing impact across all product lines within that mega class.
Conversely, diversifying into products from multiple mega classes will reduce brand loyalty. For example, consumers are unlikely to trust a brand that sells both pharmaceuticals and toys.
The game includes the following mega classes:
Fashion (mega class)
- Apparel
- Footwear
- Leather Goods
Food and Beverage (mega class)
- Beverage
- Food
- Livestock Products
- Snacks
Healthcare and Beauty (mega class)
- Body Care Products
- Cosmetics
- Drugs
Electronics and Appliances (mega class)
- Communication Devices
- Computer
- Electronic Products
- Home Appliances
- Photography Products
Luxury Goods (mega class)
- Jewelry
- Watches
Other product classes not listed above each belong to their own mega class. For example, the product class “Sport Equipment” forms a standalone mega class and is not grouped with any other product classes.
