Forced Firm Relocation
With a member of your political party elected mayor, you can relocate firms owned by any private company as part of city planning — including companies you hold no shares in.
Exception: natural resource firms cannot be relocated.
The city government compensates the affected company. The compensation is shown as you pick the target location.

Using it to your own advantage
The feature exists for city planning, but nothing stops you pointing it at your competitors.
Relocate a rival’s firms to less advantageous sites — with the city’s funds paying the compensation, not yours — and prime locations with heavy customer traffic come free. Your own company can then acquire them.
