Assign Firm Manager Interface
Once you have hired a COO, you decide which firms they manage and which you keep under direct control.
Opening the menu
Click the icon in the top-right corner of the firm detail window.
You can assign yourself or the COO to:
- this firm alone
- all firms of the same type as this one
- every firm in your corporation
The “Temporarily Idle” option
With Temporarily Idle enabled, the assigned manager stops actively managing tasks — but the firm keeps the benefit of their expertise.
That is the point of it: you take back day-to-day control of a firm without giving up what the manager’s expertise contributes to it.
