How to Lower the Salaries of C-suite Executives

You can use a pre-defined script to lower salaries of your c-suite executives (Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technical Officer and Chief Marketing Officer).

To do so, click [Load Script] on the new game setup menu.

Then select the pre-defined script “20% salaries for your senior management staff“.

If you want to change their salary modifiers to specific percentages, you can click [Open Folder] and use Notepad or any text editor to edit the script.

Simply edit the following lines and change the percentages.

COO Salary Modifier=20
CTO Salary Modifier=20
CMO Salary Modifier=20

How to Lower Executive Salaries from the Subsidiary DLC Settings Menu

If you have the Subsidiary DLC enabled, you can lower executive salaries without using a script. Simply use the “Executive Salary Modifier” slider, as shown below, to adjust executive salaries.
